A Collaboration of Independent Clinicians

Information //

What are your fees for service?  Most individuals have insurance coverage and a copay, co-insurance or deductible may apply. In most cases, if you have insurance that covers mental health services, your insurance may pay either a portion or you may be responsible for a discounted fee amount. Fees are determined by each provider for the initial visit and follow-up visits. For psychological testing, each hour used to administer testing, interpret testing results, and report writing is billed at a different, depending on the billable code or unit rate.

What insurance companies does your clinicians take? Resilience Therapy + Assessment Services contracts with various insurance companies and some clinicians contract with certain companies, while others do not. To check on benefit coverage, please call you insurance mental health plan. Please bring your insurance card to your first visit and a photocopy/scan will be made.

Do clinicians at Resilience prescribe medication?  Yes, but only select providers. Resilience Therapy + Assessment Services does provide select psychiatric services with Dr. Cooper who is a conditional prescribing psychologist. At this time, he is only credentialed with Wellmark BCBS and Aetna for medication management services. If you already have a psychiatric provider or would like referrals, our clinicians can work with you to make a referral. Our clinicians will provide coordination of care with your physician or psychiatric provider to assist you in obtaining a prescription for medication.

What ages of people or population do our clinicians see? Clinicians at Resilience treat a range of individuals. Some clinicians see children, adolescents or adults. Please check out each clinician’s biography for more information. In some cases, referrals to other agencies may be required for specific treatment issues.
