Natalia Indrasari has been a licensed practitioner in the behavioral health field for over 15 years. She provides individual therapy for adults, as well as counseling for couples and group therapy, via Telehealth. Natalia specializes in helping people work through life’s transitions and enriching their relationships. She enjoys working with couples at various stages of relationships, including premarital therapy, established couples looking to resolve their differences and improve communication, and even couples that want to reduce conflict within their post-divorce relationship. Natalia is also currently undergoing specialized training to become a Certified Sex Therapist.Natalia incorporates principles from a variety of therapeutic models in her approach, including family systems theory and existential psychology, while also occasionally utilizing creative therapies such as arts/crafts and cooking.

Natalia has experience working in a variety of settings, including military and private hospitals, nonprofit organizations and in private practice. Natalia has lived in several different areas of the world, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Indonesia. This has given her the opportunity to support a wide range of clients, including multicultural couples and families, same-sex couples, and military families. Individuals that serve in the military and their families often face unique life transitions, such as deployment and relocation. Natalia’s years of experience working with military families has provided her with valuable insight into these unique challenges and the ability to provide the support they require.

Another area of Natalia’s expertise is working with individuals dealing with both substance abuse and a mental health diagnosis, as well as their families. Loved ones often struggle with wanting to provide support and not knowing the best way to do so.  Their well-meaning efforts often are misunderstood and can create other problems within the family dynamic. Natalia’s intensive training in mental health and substance abuse, combined with her marriage and family therapy education and experience, allows her to effectively support individuals, couples, and families in navigating these complicated issues.
